3D RENDERING OF EVENTS

We make up 3D drawings of events well before the function so that our clients are able to envisage what the venue(s) will look like. They can then decide if they would like to make any changes and monitor the adjustments made.
Here are examples of 3D drawings of 3 different types of events.

The launch of a new car:

Here we have a custom designed set, consisting of 2 built-in projection screens and a semi-circular section between the screens to accommodate the rear of the display car on a rust coloured ramp.
The 4 triangular flats of the set, displayed with the corporate images are lit with LED up-lighting. The blue stage fits in in with the corporate colours.

On the stage 4 intelli lights are placed on top of 4 stretch plinths lit from the inside with blue LED lights. The car is lit by 3 parcans at the top of the set (below which is a curtain of fairy lights), LED parcans on the stage floor & lighting from the back of the room. The presenter behind the lectern and the panel have microphones.
In front of the presenter and the panel are comfort monitors for previewing the visual presentations

2 cameras with cameramen are positioned on both sides of the venue on small podiums. The cameras are used for filming and for relaying live images of the presenter, the panel and audience during Q & A for projection onto the screens
Seating consists of formal rectangular tables & chairs as well as informal comfortable furniture on either side.

On the goalpost truss structure at the back of the venue are ‘flown’ the 2 projectors, 4 profile spots to light up the stage, 4 more intelligent lights and a variety of colour LED parcans. Six 15″ speakers and 2 bass bins provide adequate sound.
At the back of the venue the 2 technicians have all the necessary equipment to operate the projection, the sound, direct the cameramen and operate the lighting. A black hide surrounds them and hides any untidy wiring etc.

A demonstration of styling of men's hair:

Here we have a stage large enough to seat 2 models, 2 hair stylists, tables for hair products and a cameraman moving around. The room is fairly small, and so 2 x 65” LCD screens mounted on truss structures enable the guests to see close up images of the models via live relay from the video camera.

The people on the stage need to be well lit and so 2 profile spots light the front of the stage while 2 redhead lights provide lighting from above.
There is also a small 2 speaker PA system and the stylists use headset or Countryman microphones so that they are hands free.

A gala dinner:

Here we have a stage large enough to seat 5 VIP delegates on lounge chairs each with a radio hand microphone, a presenter behind a truss lectern with a gooseneck microphone and a table for awards.
A 40” comfort monitor is placed in front of the stage for them to easily see the visuals projected onto the screens.

We Have dual projection onto 12’ x 9’ framed screens. The width of the room is fitted with black draping behind the screens and stage.
A cameraman on a podium films the proceedings.

A 4 speaker PA includes 2 bass bins, the lectern mic, 5 radio hand mics and an audio player for music & sound tracks
2 goal post truss structures support the 2 projectors, 2 profile spots and 10 LED colour parcans, as well as 4 intelligent lights for stage lighting and to provide the right feel for the evening.

There are many colour LED lights on duck stands placed around the perimeter of the room for mood up-lighting.
The technicians behind a neat black hide, control the projection, sound and lighting for the evening.
