Antarctic Polar Research Expedition
Sevent received the tender to coordinate the Audio Visual Event Staging for the press conference for the Antarctic Circum Global Research Expedition which was held at Jetty 2 at the V & A Waterfront this week.
This expedition was organised by the Swiss Polar Institute. The research crew spent 3 months aboard a Russian ship around the Antarctic before returning to Cape Town this week. We provided an audio system including panel microphones and video projection from laptop and live relay from our cameraman. We also streamed the video via 4G onto Facebook.
A scientific conference was held after the press conference.
